How to Get Paddled

Paddling delivers pain deep, where it does the most good. Here are the three things worth knowing:

  • Light Taps First

    Five or ten light taps, hard enough to sting the surface of the skin, prepares you for the swats you truly deserve.

  • Breaks

    A minute or two break gives you time to appreciate the deepening pain and receive the scolding you deserve.

  • Center Butt

    The center of your butt is where swats from the paddle will land. With little change in where the paddle lands, the pain builds quickly and deepens over days. Sometimes it's necessary for the punishing pain to linger.
